They can be a little hard work but they are worth it! Keep them in a brightly lit place but not in direct sunlight. They will need to be in a room with a constant temperature of over 16C (60F). Keep away from cold draughts and radiators.
Avoid watering with cold water as this can shock the plant. Water with tepid rainwater and allow the pot to drain after watering. In the winter reduce the watering but do not let the compost dry out completely. They will enjoy being fed during active growth between March and September. Create a humid atmosphere too by placing on pebbles and water. As the water evaporates it will create the humidity it loves around the plant.
