Junior Analyst

Position: Full time, Permanent position Monday – Friday

Location: Remote working with training on site

We’re currently recruiting for a Junior Analyst to join our team. Reporting to the Data Manager your main responsibility will be to provide an accurate sales and marketing analysis to help maximise sales opportunities.

Responsibilities include (not limited to):

  • Assisting in formulating mailing plans based on previous campaign performance
  • Utilising the group databases to identify opportunities
  • Assisting in compiling and processing data selections in Faststats for direct mail and email campaigns.
  • Expanding, providing and presenting analysis
  • Supplying KPI’s and Database numbers on a monthly basis
  • Providing sales information on a daily and weekly basis

Candidate Profile:

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Highly organised
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in use of MS Office (notably Excel and Word)
  • 'A' level qualifications or previous experience in a commercial/retail/mail order environment

eCommerce Assistant

Position: Full time, Permanent position, 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday (flexibility is important especially during our peak trading period)

Location: Remote, but you will be required to travel to the office on occasion

We're currently recruiting for an eCommerce Assistant to join our team. Our website is a key channel for us and as such we're always adding new offers and products and continually looking at ways of making improvements. When millions of customers interact with us via our website, the detail is crucial. We aim to make website visits for our customers easy and enjoyable so making sure the products, pages and offers are all set up correctly is a very important part of the role. Our web team are constantly kept busy so we're looking for someone who is capable of multitasking at a fast pace and who is prepared to get stuck in, making sure the essential tasks are completed to a high standard.

Responsibilities include (not limited to):

  • Preparing, creating and sending our email newsletters to our customer database
  • Adding products and sales offers to the website ensuring the detail is correct
  • Optimising products and key pages to maximise selling opportunities and customer experience
  • Assisting the Group eCommerce Manager with the day to day running of the company websites by carrying out daily checks and resolving any errors or issues

Candidate Profile:

  • Able to work quickly, and accurately, with good attention to detail
  • Self-motivated
  • Enthusiastic with a positive attitude even when it?s busy
  • A fast learner who is keen to develop their skills
  • A good communicator, both written and verbal
  • Capable of multi-tasking in a fast paced environment and prioritising as required
  • MS Office skills including Word and Excel
  • Experienced with Photoshop or Photoshop Elements
