CULTURE: PREPARATION FOR PLANTING: Plant Strawberries 45cm (18") apart with 75cm (2½') between each row. Choose a sunny sheltered spot and dig in plenty of well-rotted manure or compost. Full growing instructions included.
HINTS: Note: At despatch time, plants will be partially dormant and have very little foliage. Once planted they will soon grow away vigorously in spring. HEALTH BENEFITS: One of the most nutritious of fruits! Low in calories (approximately 90 calories per punnet). Very high in vitamin C (five berries a day provides more vitamin C than an orange!).
