A high-performing beefsteak tomato A compact-growing beefsteak tomato which performed remarkably in our trials, producing large fruit up to 0.4 kg (14 oz) in weight! The pink flesh is delicious and contains few seeds, making it perfect for salads or frying. Culture: To produce really large, well-shaped tomatoes, remove surplus flowers, or poor-shaped fruits every 10 days to restrict production to 3-4 fruits per truss. Sow mid February-April in a greenhouse or outdoors, harvest July-October.
