Sowing Time late May to July Flower / Fruit from mid August-October
Early-maturing A high quality, full-flavoured, early-maturing fennel that should be ready to harvest approximately three months after sowing, and shows some resistance to bolting. Culture: Sow in drills 45cm (1½') apart from late May to July directly into soil, harvest mid August-October. Thin out to 20cm (8") apart and earth up to blanch the 'bulbs'. Row 9m (30'). Keep well watered.
