Babyleaf or mature plants Equally attractive in its way to Rubi, with deep green leaves and contrasting white stems. Use the leaves in salads and the leaves and stems in stir fry dishes. Also good harvested as ‘baby’ leaves. A slow to bolt selection. Culture: Crops just 10 weeks from sowing. Versatile and easy to grow greens which can be picked as tender young leaves for salads or allowed to grow to full size maturity. Sow in rows or blocks, 1.25cm (½”) deep and 38cm (15”) apart.
