Vigorous winter plants
A frost hardy cauliflower, recommended for growing in all areas, producing vigorous plants and first-class, deep white curds with an excellent flavour in April-May. RHS Award of Garden Merit winner. For winter/spring use - maturing time approximately 40-46 weeks from sowing. These very hardy cauliflowers stand the winter outdoors without protection of any kind.
Culture: Sow 1.8cm (¾") deep April-May on a prepared seed bed. Thin seedlings to approximately 10cm (4") apart. In June or July plant firmly at 60cm (2') spacing on soil manured for a previous crop. Harvest March-May.
