A thornless, cold-tolerant artichoke producing deep, thick-fleshed, nutty-tasting hearts. Open and erect habit with buds on long stems for ease of harvest. Will crop in its first year if sown early.
Culture: Sow February-March; harvest July-November. Can be grown as an annual or perennial.
