2. Will I receive confirmation of my order?

All orders are acknowledged by email.

3. How much are your carriage (P&P) charges?

Orders for Packet Seeds, Garlic, Onion Sets, Shallots and Mushrooms incur a charge of £0.95.
Orders for all other products incur a carriage charge of £3.95. 
Where an order contains items from both groups, only the £3.95 charge will apply.

4. When will I receive my goods?

Orders are despatched promptly by post or parcel carrier, but please allow 7-10 days for delivery. Seasonal items such as plants are sent separately and specific delivery times are stated against each variety on your order acknowledgement. Further details are on our Terms and Conditions page.

5. Do you offer discounts to members of gardening clubs and organisations?

We operate a Trade scheme for members of gardening clubs or horticultural societies. If you'd like to save money on your seeds, plants and gardening equipment, then please Click Here and fill out the form with the details of your organisation.
