An outstanding cauliflower for early sowing which, sown under glass in January, and grown on under-cover, before planting out in March, can be harvested as early as May! The tender curds are pure white and taste superb! (Also suitable for autumn sowing). RHS Award of Garden Merit winner. Earliest Summer Variety. Maturing time approximately 20-26 weeks from sowing.
Culture: For early crops sow seed under glass, at 10-15°C (50-60°F) February-March. Harden off plants before planting outdoors. For maincrop sow direct outdoors, 1.8cm (¾") deep, in a prepared seed-bed March-May. (Also suitable for autumn sowing.)
