The all rounder! A first-class variety producing high quality dark green, well curled leaves throughout the summer, autumn and winter. Hardy to mild frosts in winter, Astra has good shoot production of crisp, tasty parsley.
Crops 12 weeks from sowing. Sow in March for summer use, and June to provide fresh young growth for the winter. Sow in drills 1.25cm (½”) deep and 15cm (6”) apart. Thin out to 15cm (6”) apart. Can also be sown under glass February-March and plants set out April-May. Row length per pack: 7.5m (25’).
