Looking after your VegTrug - Clear your finished crops and cover. If possible, empty your VegTrug and store indoors for the winter. It is recommended to change out the first 8 inches of soil each spring. If you empty your VegTrug, starting the season with a new liner and soil would all it would take to be on your way. If you do empty your VegTrug, it is recommended to give it a nice coating of a water soluble vegetable friendly wood treatment.
