A heavily scented variety which provides interest all winter and spring with the early emergence in September of the cream buds which hold tight until the spring when they open up to cones of white flowers above the dark glossy evergreen foliage. RHS Award of Garden Merit winner. Flowers late October-early April. Height 90-100cm. Supplied in a 2 litre pot.
Ever-popular skimmias are renowned for their large domes of colourful buds, which then burst open into clusters of white flowers, providing interest for many months. Ideal for border or container. The large, glossy leaves are evergreen, adding to the winter interest.
