For 2010 we're proud to bring a whole host of other grafted vegetables - so growing your own has never been easier! The technique of grafting vegetables onto another 'rootstock' is one that is widely used by commercial growers as it gives some exciting benefits. Plants grown in this way have been shown to:
Be more vigorous, producing larger plants
Have greater resistance to pests and diseases
Have less susceptibility to nutritional disorders
Perform well with less or no heat in your greenhouse
Yield top quality fruit over a longer period compared to normal plants
