Sow under cover late April-May, and plant out when danger of frost has passed, allowing 60cm (24") between bush varieties and 120cm (48") between trailing plants. Harvest late September-October.

HEALTH BENEFITS: High levels of vitamin A, C and B6. Good source of potassium and fibre. COOKING HINTS: One of the most versatile of all vegetables. They may be used in any way that a potato can, and stored all winter in a frost free place. Try baking in foil like a jacket potato.
