Sowing Time April to October
Babyleaf or mature plants Attractive, tasty young leaves that are delicious in stir-fries. Can also be grown to maturity, as plants are cold-tolerant (overwintering well) and slow to bolt, providing a long harvest season. Easy to grow cut and come again salad. Culture: Sow outdoors from April to October, at fortnightly intervals. Harvest when approximately 8-10cm (3-4") high, by clipping with scissors; the plants will re-grow and can be trimmed several times.
