Crops 32–36 weeks from sowing. Excellent roots can be grown on fertile ground which has been well-dug during winter. Sow seeds March–May 1.25cm (½”) deep in grooves drawn 30–38cm (12–15”) apart. Thin seedlings to 15–20cm (6–8”) apart. Lift the roots as required. Row length per pack: 12m (40’). ‘Triple pack’ row length per pack: 36m (120’).

Ideal for beds and borders. HEALTH BENEFITS: Contains vitamin C and potassium which is a good source of energy. CULINARY TIPS: Tasty when roasted with meat dishes, or boil and mash with butter. Frost exposure improves the flavour.
