Sow seeds singly 2.5cm (1") deep into 7.5cm (3") pots indoors or in a greenhouse at 18-25°C (64-77°F). Grow on and plant out in the garden after hardening off, when risk of frost has passed leaving 60cm (24") each way between plants. Alternatively plant in 45cm (18") containers. Can also be sown directly outdoors into warm, well drained, moist soil after the risk of frost has passed, sowing 2-3 seeds at 60cm (24") intervals and thinning out to the strongest seedling.

Ideal for beds and borders, patio pots and containers. HEALTH BENEFITS: High in vitamins A, C and E. CULINARY TIPS: Do not remove skins, just slice and grill, stir-fry, boil lightly, or use raw in salads. Try serving with chopped mint and balsamic vinegar.
