Leaf Beet Seeds - Bright Lights

Spinach Beet, Chard
1 Review(s) with an average rating of:
4.0

The most attractive of all leaf beets. Easy to grow, very vigorous, and in a variety of bright colours. Use as a salad garnish or cooked.

Add colour and interest to the garden, with its multi-coloured stems, but it also looks great on the plate or in a stir fry. I use the leaves like spinach and the stems as a separate veg in a gratin with cheese sauce and breadcrumbs on top.”

What do other customers think of this product?

Rating:
Very good crop. Just pick a few leaves from each plant and they keep growing more. Planted a short row last Autumn that over-wintered with no losses and we started picking in April.
