A small, dark red apple that is sweet and aromatic - ideal for school lunch boxes! It crops later than the Idylla - start to pick fruit from mid September. It's delicious straight from the tree but, stored properly, will keep sweet until December! LIke Idylla it's ideal for containers or the smaller garden. Plus it's an extremely prolific cropper and is scab resistant too!
Lubera have spent nearly twenty years breeding apples with the aim of producing varieties that would be great-tasting, productive and easy to grow in the garden. With the Lubera Paradis range they have achieved their goal! Paradis apples are all delicious tasting, extremely productive (they produce apples in the 2nd year after planting) and very scab resistant, making them easy to grow without having to resort to fungal sprays. Grafted onto M9 rootstock, which produces a semi-dwarf tree. Supplied as a bare root tree.
